I specialize in home plans of 1500 to 2000 square feet and take pride in providing economical plans suitable for the middle class family. Since the inception of the business in 1985, I have provided single family home plans for families throughout Texas. Now, I am offering the same friendly and professional service to folks throughout the USA. Take a look at some of the plans from my inventory. Most of these home plans have been built in the north Texas area. I will gladly furnish a reference list of satisfied customers. Feel free to print a plan and change it to suit your lifestyle needs. Choose a plan from inventory or I can design a custom plan from your ideas. Plans typically required for the construction of a single family dwelling are: Floor Plan: Consists of all dimensions, electrical layout, plumbing layout, cabinet placement and general notes required for construction. Information necessary for site work, slab and cost estimating can be obtained from the detailed floor plan. Elevations: Consists of front and rear views of house noting roof pitch, dimensions, exterior finishes and general notes required for construction. The cost for a typical set of plans from my inventory is $200. Should you desire a custom plan, I charge a flat rate of .25 cents per square foot. Six sets of blueprints will be furnished. Additional blueprints can be supplied for a nominal additional fee. Of course, plans can be revised to provide for handicap accessibility, if needed. Call me to discuss your home plan needs.
